I want to be careful how we share this, but...my understanding is the denizens of hell don't pay all that close attention. Lord Satan does, but he is fairly easy going. He dislikes disrespect and threats to him, but not so much that he won't still be somewhat cordial.
He is the ruler of this realm. We're lucky that he's willing to remain somewhat cordial in the face of disrespect.

The personal demons recently mentioned that the contest is taking place because it's within the laws of this realm and gets around the red tape.
If we learn more about the rules in place, we'll have better chances of finding a loophole.

I lead a much smaller and less powerful place, but - I understand his concerns. There is a lot about the Ninth House I would like to change, and I could simply demand that change occur wildly and confidently, but as loyal as my subjects are, there is power in tradition. There are things they expect. To move too quickly would risk failure.

I'm familiar with travel via blood. Spaceships are able to travel long distances through the use of particularly oxygenated blood on obelisks, which attract ghosts. The thread of ghosts feeding on the blood allows a necromancer to move the ship through the river, rather than through space, which might take years or even centuries at even great speed.
Perhaps interdimensional travel is a similar technique, and another means of achieving the same ends is possible. A Titan's ghost could be called, for instance.

In the demon realm, some witches specialize in channeling and controlling spirits for different purposes. We call them oracles. But no one has ever tried to call forth the spirit of the Titan. Or, well, not successfully. Probably because it'd be sacrilege to even try.
If we could find the right blood to try your method, though... What happens to the ghosts after you use them to control the ship?
